ABOUT CAROLINE

Caroline is a highly intuitive coach, who works with fun, interesting and curious people; namely business owners, leaders and people in the public eye. She supports successful people behind the scenes, to further their growth, fulfilment and spiritual evolution. 

Prior to coaching Caroline had an invaluable ten-year career in finance; the majority of which was spent at a world leading US hedge fund. Here she established a thorough understanding of the qualities and complexities of fast paced, high performance environments.

A number of health issues and unfulfilling relationships were the catalyst for Caroline’s own journey into self-enquiry, healing and awakening. Somewhere between acupuncture, homeopathy, yoga, breath-work and shamanic healing, she discovered coaching and its transformational benefits. After qualifying as an accredited coach, she soon developed her own distinctive style, now so popular with her clients. 

As a coach, Caroline focuses on awareness, intentionality and inspired action. Her coaching is based on the universal truth that our inner world creates our outer world. With this understanding, she helps clients let go of what’s holding them back on the inside - i.e. fears, assumptions, perceived limitations - whilst working towards what genuinely excites them across all aspects of life.

There is a real depth of authenticity and care to Caroline’s coaching. She holds a deep space of unconditionality for clients to increase their self-awareness and let go. This journey of self-discovery and realisation helps clients realign with their true self; allowing them to move through life with greater ease and enthusiasm - whilst experiencing more love, joy, prosperity and inner peace.
